What can I advertise?
Almost anything - product launches, birthdays, proposals, brand campaigns. Content must be legal, non-explicit, and free of hate speech or material you don't hold the rights to. We review every submission before it airs.
What's the video spec and deadline?
Video should be 1024x1024 (square) with a black background, which reads as transparent on the unit. Send it at least 24 hours before your booked session so we can confirm it plays correctly. No video yet? We can produce one for an added fee.
What happens if my content is rejected?
We reserve the right to decline content that doesn't meet our guidelines. If that happens, you'll get a full refund, no questions asked.
Does weather affect my session?
Sessions affected by rain, extreme heat, or extreme cold are rescheduled at no extra cost.
